Restorative yoga is accessible for all levels and body types, as it is a slower paced yoga that focuses on longer holds and breathing. Restorative yoga is great for any body that needs to heal and rest. Movement in this class is combined with meditation to set your intentions for the day or to simply clear and quiet your mind...this class is the ultimate way to start your morning!  All levels welcome! Mats, blocks, straps, and blankets are available.
