About the Class

Join Optimize training staff for 2, 3 or 4 day/week strength and conditioning training. Optimize summer training is sport specific and wil focus on cutting, jumping, sprinting and overall athletism that is specialized to your sport. Each session will include an intense dynamic warm-up that includes sprint prep every single day. If you are scheduled for 4x/week, classes will include 2 days of strength focus and 2 days of speed/agility/jumping/landing and overall athletism. Optimize's primary focus is to train athletes in a safe environment. Each session will include injury prevention and stablization exercises that are then paired with speed or lift specific movements. Each class is limited to 20 athletes and you MUST sign in before attending a session.
