About the Appointment

As an athlete, you know your sport requires athletic agility and stamina. Did you know that your performance also responds directly to your emotions? Poor performance on the field, court, course, ring, mat, or wherever your sport takes place, can often be attributed to lack of focus, performance anxiety, tension, lack of confidence, because of a past injury, or even anger! To compete, an athlete must have complete mental confidence in themselves and their ability. We see athletes in our office who have lost their confidence in their athletic ability who go on to earn trophies and ribbons. How? With hypnosis specifically designed for their sport. Session are private, in person or via Skype or phone. We use hypnosis, which is also known as guided imagery, to help you learn to: - Relax so that muscle tension no longer interferes with your performance - Release fear of performing in front of crowds - Achieve peak performance every time you participate in your sport - Gain concentration so you automatically remember your routines and ignore outside distractions ...and more. We suggest a minimum of three sessions, but encourage clients to sign up for six sessions as the best value and for the most effectiveness.
