Energy is all around us - all living things radiate warmth & energy!  The power of knowing that we all have the ability to harness that energy and use it for purposes that can heal, enlighten, and empower us, is so incredible! My interest in energy grew when my father passed away in 2020 and I realized that although he was no longer with me physically, his spirit was still present in so many ways.  So that must mean there is more to this world than just what we can physically see with our eyes!  And so began the journey of exploring energy and the healing practice of Reiki. Known as a Japanese technique for relieving stress and bringing a sense of calm, Reiki is so much more.  It is an intelligent form of curative energy that can help us restore our physical vitality and our mental and emotional balance. I originally completed my level 1 training in 2020, but the timing wasn’t right.  Instead, I focused on my inner growth and worked on being present.  Fast forward to 2023, when I felt I was ready to take the next step! I retook my level 1, and then moved forward with completing my level 2 in January 2024.  My experience working with this energy has been magical, and I’m so excited to share the gift of Reiki with others and to help bring awareness to this incredible modality.
