The Aura House - Brampton
Many of us hold multiple roles in our lives, I am no exception. My roles include a schoolteacher and amom of two. I first started practicing yoga as an attempt to find balance in an otherwise chaotic life. Ifell in love with the “presence” and the “pause” it brought me. Yoga connected me to myself that wasotherwise lost in the hustle and bustle of life. Beyond the movement, deep within, bringing me closer tomy spirit, my sanity, my calm…my newfound self-transpired to the world around me…my family and thepeople around me also benefited from my practice. Throughout my journey, I’ve encountered manyinspiring teachers that have brought me to where I am today. A need to learn more about myself andthe magic behind yoga, brought out the life- long learner in me. I recently pursued my 200 hour teachertraining for the sole purpose of personal growth. Upon completing my training, the need to share myenergy and teachings arose within me, this calling to share what yoga brings me in my life is meant to beshared with others. Helping others tune in with themselves, to be present for themselves is a hope in myguidance. You are encouraged to take what you need and leave what doesn’t serve you on the mat.“Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self”. Bhagavad Gita
