If you're looking for a supportive space to better understand and navigate your emotions, this class is designed to guide you through that journey with compassion and creativity. Each session combines different techniques—such as gentle movement, guided visualizations, drawing, tapping, and body awareness—to help you process feelings of stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and loneliness. Together, we’ll explore how your emotions show up physically and mentally, unlocking new ways to connect with and express them. Whether through creative activities like drawing or mindful movement, each class offers a unique experience, allowing you to express yourself in ways that feel right for you. Expect to leave each week feeling more grounded, empowered, and in tune with yourself. Bring a journal, some coloring pencils, and a pen to get started! All levels of experience are welcome. This class is pregnancy friendly.
INNER FLOW involves sitting or laying down, so it is best to wear loose and warm clothing to ensure that you are comfortable for the duration of the class. Please remember to bring the following: 1. A single or queen sized flat sheet to lay over the bed (minimum 200 cm x 80 cm) 2. A throw or blanket to cover yourself 3. A journal and pen 3. OPTIONAL: some coloring pencils if you have any We understand that sometimes you may forget to bring your props. If this is the case, $5 will be payable in-studio so we can lend you a flat sheet and blanket. Please arrive with your gear and a MINIMUM OF 5 MINUTES PRIOR to class as we lock the doors right at the time of the class. Cancellation policy We have a 12 hour cancellation policy.
