To ensure you fully benefit from your Distance Body Code session, please keep these helpful tips in mind: Create a Calm Environment: Choose a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without distractions. Sitting or lying down in a peaceful area allows you to be open to the healing energy. Prepare to Relax: During the session, there’s no need for active participation. Simply focus on your breath and allow yourself to relax. The healing energy will flow where it's most needed, so be open to whatever comes up. Set an Intention (Optional): If there’s a specific issue or area of your body you’d like to focus on, it can help to set an intention before the session. However, the Body Code works by addressing underlying imbalances, so even if you’re unsure of where to begin, the session will still be effective. Hydrate Before and After: Drink plenty of water before and after your session to help your body clear and integrate the healing energy more effectively. Be Open to Energy Shifts: As imbalances are released, you may experience physical sensations or emotional shifts. This is completely normal, and part of the healing process. If you feel any discomfort, just allow it to pass, knowing that your body is realigning and healing. No Direct Interaction During the Session: During a Distance Body Code session, your practitioner will be using muscle testing and energetic techniques to identify and release imbalances. You do not need to be actively engaged during the session, but if you'd like to discuss your experience afterward, we welcome that conversation.
