To ensure you receive the full benefit from your Distance Belief Code session, here are a few tips to help you prepare: Create a Peaceful Environment: Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without distractions. Whether sitting or lying down, make sure you're in an environment where you can feel safe and at ease. Relax and Be Open: There’s no need to do anything special during the session. Simply focus on your breath and allow yourself to relax. The Belief Code works by addressing limiting beliefs at the subconscious level, so just being open and present will help facilitate the process. Set an Intention (Optional): If you have a specific belief or area in your life that you’d like to address, feel free to set an intention before the session. While your practitioner will focus on clearing the most impactful beliefs, an intention can help guide the healing process. Hydrate Before and After: Drink plenty of water before and after the session to help clear and integrate the healing energy. This supports your body and mind as the limiting beliefs are released. Allow for Awareness: The Belief Code works to identify and release deeply ingrained beliefs that may be limiting your potential.
