Mar, an Egyptian American woman, began her company Move And Radiate, Inc. because of her deep passion for her culture, women empowerment, and social justice. She created M.A.R. with the desire to restore confidence, boldness, strength, diversity, and unity amongst women of color in her surrounding community. She cultivated an environment that allows women to dare to be themselves, unapologetically. She takes pride in fostering an environment that allows women to dance freely, heal and fall in love with their bodies through movement. She uses belly dance as the tool to bring unity, self-love and sisterhood.
