Anastasia Stigall is both a licensed Massage Therapist and Athletic Trainer. She attended and graduated in 2013 from The Massage Institute of Memphis. After working as a full-time massage therapist for some time, she returned back to school to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at Middle Tennessee State University and later graduated in 2018. Next, Anastasia seized the opportunity as a Graduate Assistant to be the Head Cross County and Track & Field Athletic Trainer while at the University of Idaho. She then graduated from the University of Idaho in 2020 with a Master in Science, that afforded her the opportunity to be accepted into the Advance Athletic Training Program at the University of Kentucky. Throughout her collegiate career, she continued to develop her skills as a massage therapist by working at a local spa, pain clinic and/or athletic department as a massage therapist. After her brief stay at the University of Kentucky, in 2021, Anastasia returned to her alumni, Middle Tennessee State University to serve as full-time Athletic Trainer. During Anastasia’s first year, she served as Head Volleyball Athletic Trainer while providing supplemental support to the Women’s Tennis team. She later served as the Head Cross-Country Track & Field Athletic Trainer her second year at Middle Tennessee State University. Anastasia continued to serve as the athletic department massage therapist throughout her time at Middle Tennessee State University. In 2023 Anastasia jumped at the opportunity to briefly work with the US Army at Fort Bliss as Athletic Trainer and Massage Therapist for the 6th Squadron, 1st Calvary Regiment and 1st Battalion 36th Infantry Regiment. During her free time, Anastasia loves to travel, hike, and spend time with her family.
