A Strength Ride shifts the spotlight from speed and complex choreography to instead focus on endurance and strength. Just like our traditional rides, our Strength Rides are 45-minute celebrations with meaningful reflections. Join us to see what we mean.
The ride will begin promptly at the start time. Unfortunately if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be admitted in order to avoid distracting the other riders. Wear gym clothes. We provide you with towels. Bring a water bottle if you would like. If you have cycling shoes with LOOK Delta and SPD cleats, you are welcome to use them but they are not required. Parking: Attendees may park in the parking lot behind our building and have plentiful street parking options.
