My name is Cory and I have been teaching spin since late 2017.  I learned how to be an instructor from my mother who was also a spin instructor while I was growing up, and is also my greatest inspiration when it comes to indoor cycling.  My class is loud, high energy, and most of all FUN.  Come take my class if you want a great workout and great time doing it!
