Christal is a veteran pole instructor with more than 10-years under her belt with a distinction of being a plus-size pole dancer and instructor. Equipped with a Bachelors in Physical Education, a Masters in Nutrition and a passion for dance, creativity and education, Christal brings a wealth of experience and a heart of gold to any class she teaches. She's a firm believer that our individuality is a strength and a uniqueness that needs to be celebrated and has used dance as a way to connect with her own sensuality - ultimately giving her the confidence to navigate the world with her head held high. After taking some time away, Christal is excited to re-join the pole world as an Instructor at Pole Plus, and is ready to coach others into, what hopefully becomes, a lifelong passion for constant movement, creativity and self-love.
