Welcome to a Pole Fitness boutique, called Girl Next Door
Fitness. We have our own built-in selfie station perfect all the
videos and photos you'd like to post on socail media.
At Girl Next Door Fitness there is no previous experience
required. We have classes for beginners to advance. Its an
empowering place where you can work on your cardio and stregthening
to lose weight get in shape or simply feel good. We are a
supportive uplifting community. Our motto is “No judgement just
pole.”  
So come train with us at a one of kind modern Pole
