This a is great starting point for any new clients that have never done pilates and  are curious what it is all about.  We suggest you begin Pilates by taking 3 private (30 minute) lessons. In these lessons we will tailor the exercises to fit you taking into account any injuries or limitations. A great starting point that happens at your pace.

3-PRIVATE 30-MINUTE sessions for $99 (new clients only)

New to Pilates? Want to try it out but don't want to commit ?  Try us out for a week for only $40!  You can come as many times as you want. Offer available to new clients only.
