Franchesca Smallwood has a passion for fitness, health and wellness which drove her to pursue a group exercise certification through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in November 2014. She was PilatesMat trained through Power Pilates, completing Advanced Mat Certification in 2015. She has apprenticed under the direction of Susan Spangler since 2015 and is currently pursuing her Peak Pilates PPSI certification. We look forward to her journey!
