Belle’s passion for fitness began with her background in primarily gymnastics, dance andcheerleading. Basketball, volleyball and tennis are other sports she has experience in. Shefound Pilates after obtaining multiple injuries from her sports and wanted a way to recover whileregaining her athletic abilities. With her vast knowledge in sports and training under the STOTTpilates method, her goal as an instructor is to create a workout that is beneficial for every bodytype and need.Outside of pilates, she enjoys hybrid training, yoga and is an upcoming Aerial instructor.
