Pilates Studio

The Pilates Station is located in Vail, Arizona, a small
community just Southeast of Tucson.  Our studio teaches
Pilaties in a contempoarty approach to incorporate a mind-body form
of exercise as initially begun by Joeseph H. Pilates. The Pilates
Station does incoporate Modifications and Variations for each
individual client. We offer Pilates apparatus sessions
including Private, Semi-Private, and Group classes.  We're
open on weekends with limited hours and by appointment!!!!

Embark on your Pilates journey at our studio, where we gently guide you through 4 private sessions aimed at laying the foundation and introducing you to the language of Pilates. These personalized sessions ensure a solid understanding and readiness for group beginner classes, and eventually to more challenging Pilates classes to deepen your practice.  Should you desire to continue with private lessons beyond the initial sessions, we provide ongoing options to support your growth and mastery.
