Our studio
Nestled in Stoney Creek, Ontario, right off QEW, our studio
stretches across 1000 square feet. We serve the community through
state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities that take their yoga
and Pilates goals to the next level. But that’s not why we’re
different from the rest! Ultimate HPY has set up a top-of-the-line
infrared heating system that naturally brings your body temperature
up without making the room feel congested. Not to mention, you’ll
feel instantly warm - the kind that soothes your nerves like the
sun on a breezy day. We top infrared technology with purified
modification to balance the internal environment of each room so
you can break a sweat without any damage to your health!
 
Spacious parking
Our clients never complain about cramped parking. The studio is
surrounded by a designated space so you and your friends can
effortlessly secure your cars.
 
Towel Service
We love to see you break a sweat and get your heart pumping! But
that doesn't mean we’re okay with you being drenched. At Ultimate
Hot Pilates & Yoga, clients have access to a fresh supply of
thoroughly cleaned towels during their sessions.
 
Water bottle service
Fight dehydration with bottled mineral water. When adrenaline
levels rise and those calories burn, your muscles need good old H2O
to keep going and when you’re at our studio, that’s already
covered.
