5 Class Introductory Offer

The Soma-Kai Studio is a purpose built Pilates Studio with an
intimate and welcoming feel.  We use Align C2 Pro reformers
which allow a great variety of spring tensions, enough to suit
everybody.  Classes are taught in a fun and inclusive manner
and are suitable for beginners and experienced alike.  Pre and
Post Natal clilents are welcome.
The studio is situated in the middle of Lara making it easily
accessible by bus.  It has a small car park and ample street
parking for all clients.
