A Bronx native who was raised in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, Hector Duprey is a Sports Specific Specialist for The Sports Performance Group. He has trained countless kids in the SPG Program for 4years. Hector is also an Assistant Baseball coach for Monroe College in The Bronx. He currently trains many kids in Baseball in the Long Island area for the New York Baseball Academy and Storm Academy. He is certified by the National Endurance and Strength Training Association. (NESTA) A graduate of CW Post College on Long Island, Hector obtained a BA in Psychology while playing Division 1 Baseball and Division II Basketball where he received many accolades including being selected as a Freshman All American in Baseball. He is a very enthusiastic trainer who is willing and able to help kids achieve the next level of success.
