Katie found yoga about 12 years ago when she lived in New York, originally from the UK where she worked in corporate jobs. It was the move overseas, more specifically in Australia, that she became interested in fitness and the human body. Katie did her teacher training in 2017 here in Melbourne Victoria. With an advanced Diploma qualification in Hatha Yoga, level 2 Yin training and 200 Power Vinyasa, yoga has become a huge part of her life for a long time. It even helped Katie run numerous half, full marathons and even 2 ultra marathons.With extensive knowledge and interest in anatomy and how the human body moves and connects, she has delved deeper into various self-study anatomy training, she enjoys exploring functional movement and mobility in her classes, making it accessible to everyone as she encourages you to build on your own individual strength and functional mobility
