Nathan is the Head Personal Trainer and Performance Coach at Momentum Performance Training. Having worked in the industry in a variety of roles for over 12 years he has a wealth of knowledge and experience to pass on to help you achieve amazing results no matter what your goals is.He is dedicated to helping everybody to get the best out of themselves which has seen me work with numerous sporting teams including Saracens Rugby Union Club in England and Port Melbourne Football Club (VFL) who were the undefeated premiers in 2011.He blends strength training and conditioning elements to push you to your limits physically and mentally which makes for some highly challenging and highly effective training sessions.
