Michael is the owner of Glatter Fitness and has been training others since 2007. His approach blends technical knowledge with the energy of a personal cheerleader, making each session both effective and encouraging. He first got into fitness through wrestling in high school and later competed in powerlifting, which laid the foundation for his practical style of training.Outside the gym, Michael enjoys playing chess and spending time with his cats. Whether you're new to training or looking to push to the next level, he’s someone who genuinely cares and knows how to help you get results.
