Get ready to use a variety of equipment from the barbell to dumbbells and cables with the Obsidian board to invite more muscles to the party. This class will not only increase strength and bone density, but will improve your metabolism as you increase lean tissue helping you burn calories long after your workout is over! If you have any injuries, please discuss with the trainer before your session so options can be provided. No experience necessary. Calories you will burn: 350-800 (it's your workout, choose your intensity)
Please arrive 10 minutes early to gather equipment, foam roll for best results prior to class starting, and discuss goals/injuries/options with the trainer. Wear comfortable shoes, bring your own booties and mitts. If it is your first class or free week, we will provide them for you.
