About the Class

ALL ELVELS BEGINNER FRIENDLY This class is a type of circuit fitness class catered to all levels of pole fitness to strengthen your body and mind on and around the pole. You will explore varieties of Workouts on and off the pole including grips, mounts, skin conditioning, and techniques for a great workout and practice for other pole shenanigans. Recommended: Familiar with Pole Intro Material. What to Wear: Form Fitting, Supportive, and minimum coverage athletic wear as skin is needed to grip onto the pole (Tank tops, sports bras, short shorts). DO NOT WEAR: Lotion/Oils day of class as it prevents sticking to the pole. Jewelry such as bracelets, rings, anklets, or necklaces. Clothing with portruding or sharp solid pieces such as zippers or buttons as it can be damaging to self and equipment. You may be required to share an apparatus with 1 other person, depending on capacity.
