About the Class

Start getting more air! Increase your strength and flexibility while having fun! Learn new climbs, footlocks, basic wraps, and simple poses. Explore new shapes and begin developing sequences. You must be approved by an instructor to attend any level above 1. Silks 2 Prerequisites: Demonstrate 3 consecutive skills from a footlock Can climb to the ceiling twice without touching the floor and with alternating feet Can wrap foot locks in the air, single and double

Special Instructions

Prerequisites: Demonstrate 3 consecutive skills from a footlock Can climb to the ceiling twice without touching the floor and with alternating feet Can wrap foot locks in the air, single and double Attire: Tights, leggings, yoga pants, etc. of at least capri length or longer (covering the backs of the knees) and shirts that can be tucked in, preferably covering the armpits.  As the silks can tear, please do not wear things that would snag them (e.g. zipper pulls, buttons, jewelry).
