Relevé One Foundation
Senior Instructor of THE pow{h}er METHOD, Renée loves to bring hope and healing to those she encounters. She was a cheerleader in high school and college and then coached 10 years. She successfully led her teams to regional and national competitions. In these settings, she learned of her love of dance, gymnastics, choreography, coaching and instilling strong values in her athletes. She caught the bug for marathons and triathlons before moving over to barre and paddle boarding in the last few years. Finding THE pow{h}er method and the community at {r}eleve’ one! this year has felt like coming full circle. Her passion and enthusiasm comes out when she interacts everyone and loves to bring energy and joy into her classes. In her full time work, Renée is the CEO of a local nonprofit and was named one of Nashville Business Journal’s Women of Influence and a finalist in the CEO of the Year award with Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM). She is a trainer at CNM, a consultant to other nonprofits and a mentor/women’s speaker at churches and women’s groups around the state and most recently in Haiti. Renée is honored to be a part of training community at {r}eleve’ one and her sisters within the comm{unity} simply adore her as well!
