PERSONAL TRAINER/ BOOTCAMP & NUTRITION DIRECTORRylee originally got her passion for fitness when she was 18, and trying to find a technique to help with weight loss. After consistently training and forming healthy habits for a couple of years she was able to lose about 40 pounds successfully. The passion grew after figuring out her healthy lifestyle, and overall just wanting to help others form healthier habits. She graduated from River View High School and is getting her certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, Weight Loss, Strength, and Flexibility, through NASM. These certifications will help her specialize in clients wanting to lose weight, gain muscle, get stronger, conditioning for sports, and nutritional advice. She is currently taking clients who are looking for personal training and will be available Monday-Saturday for those wanting to schedule.
