IslandFit is a privately owned fitness studio focusing on
providing effective health and fitness services to all segments of
our community. We offer fitness programs that are fun and
challenging by design, that will motivate you to push yourself to
higher levels and delivering results. We offer HIIT (High Intensity
Interval Training) Cycling, Kettlebells, Yoga and Tabata classes at
different times during the week. In addition to our fitness
classes, we also offer one on one Personal Training, Group
Training, Fire Figther Fitness Training, Sports Team Training and
Hydromassage services.
We have also made it convenient for our members by offering
“OPEN” Studio hours during the week for their own workout routines.
Members can enjoy our spa like locker rooms with individual
lockers, and showers with toiletries provided.There are plenty of
parking spaces right in front of our door. See you Soon.
