Please be advised that all virtual class bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a reservation is made, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another individual. Reservations or cancellations must be made no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the virtual class. Failure to cancel within this timeframe, or a missed class without cancellation, will incur a $5 fee. For the best experience, please ensure you have a stable internet connection when joining the class via Zoom. The quality and speed of the video stream depend on your internet connectivity, and slower connections may affect your ability to participate smoothly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, which are in place to ensure that all participants have a fair opportunity to attend their desired virtual classes.
