I have been practicing yoga daily since 2011 and completed 200 hours training to be a certified yoga instructor on March 2018. As a professional healthcare worker, I pay good attention to my health and lifestyle.Through practice and teaching, I have found that yoga does so much more than just improve our physical health. It brings joy and openness that I have yet to experience with any other workout method.I love to share my yoga experience with everyone who would like to benefit/learning yoga from various angle. Whether to improve strength or to increase flexibility or just find a place to get a peaceful mind.I love all type of yoga practice: from Vinyasa flow to Restorative Yin yoga and chair yoga. I also practice aerial yoga and sup yoga and sometimes acro yoga.My class is creative, challenging and fun. The student will find freedom in their every changing bodies and minds.Beside yoga practice and teaching, I am also passionate about science. Working in pharmaceutical industry, I believe that all diseases can be treated and all drugs can be made through scientific research.
