About the Class

Limited to Ages 11-13 or Negative PHV score Time: 1 hour and 15 minutes This class involves a fun, athlete-centric environment focusing on engagement and high-level coaching for each athlete to hone in on the mechanics of proper movement. The coach will provide intimate instruction and guidance during the entire hour. Each class will move through a 12-week progressive curriculum based on developing skills and basic mechanics in Mobility, Power, Strength, and Speed. Our individually designed programs include exercise variations tailored to the athlete’s skill level, and they will be encouraged to work on their own, outside of training, to continue progression.

Special Instructions

This class is limited to all athletes ages 11-13. Please arrive 10 minutes early to work through the warm-up, so that we are able to maximize the hour.  No cleats are allowed in training. Running or training shoes only.  Be advised that all athletes must be paid in full prior to attending and any fees associated with attending will be automatically charged from the card on file.  Lastly, parents and family members are to stay in the lobby during the training sessions. The only exception is during an assessment or the athlete's first session.  Classes are located at our flagship facility at 9209 Baybrook Ln.
