This was a very easy process.  Greg was very professional and came off as being extremely competent.  The Assessment was interesting to watch and the results were very interesting to review.  The whole thine was much easier than I had envisioned.

Boasting curriculum from MovNat, TPI, FRC, FMS certified coaches,
these classes and individual training sessions are second to nobody
when it comes to results and fun. 
Try Deep Movement class that integrates movements from FRC,
MovNat, ELDOA, and Fascial Stretch Therapy to develop truly
functional range of motion and high quality movement. 
The ever popular Skill Development class combines heart rate
based cardio with strength training in 360 degrees using
“alternative strength” tools like Kettlebells, Ropes, Medballs,
Sleds, and always includes a Skill Game to compete with yourself
while developing your movement skill. 
Youth Athletic Development Classes run every day and specialize
in focusing on either Speed or Strength development to increase
sport performance and decrease injury.
