will utilize a variety of different resistance equipment. This
class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Iron Butterfly Fitness

4 group fitness classes of your choice per month. Unused classes do not roll over. 4 class pass not eligible to be placed on hold.

The new client intro package includes any 4 classes of your choice and 2 semi private training sessions to be used within 30 days of purchase. The semi private trainings will focus on learning & practicing correct form, core engagement and modifications.
