Hi! My name is Cathy. I have been a member at Fit Theoremsince February 2019. I am so excited to now be a part of theteam! My passion is helping others to know their own worth. Iknow that can be difficult at times. I am here to encourageeveryone to be the very best version of themselves! I have taken over 625 classes at the studio & I have completedseveral challenges. I know that the process works! I also knowthat life happens & there can be setbacks. I experienced asetback last year. I had some health issues &; had to have mythyroid removed. I put on some weight that I had worked VERYHARD to lose. I was pretty upset about it BUT my comebackWILL BE more important than my setback! It is not about howmany times we fall, it is all about how many times we get backup!! I am here if anyone needs an ear to listen or a hand tohelp them up! I truly enjoy taking classes at the studio, so letme know if you need an accountability partner! I have been married to my amazing husband, Dan, for over 22years. We have one incredibly intelligent, kind, beautifuldaughter, Samantha. My two adorable (but super stubborn)basset hounds, Nikki & Oliver, complete my home. I am gratefulfor the peaceful, wonderful life that we have created. In my spare time I enjoy reading, long walks, cooking, baking &spending quality time with family & friends. I also like a goodNetflix binge every now & then! Some fun facts about me:My favorite color is green.I almost always wear black.I love taking road trips all over Michigan! We live in such abeautiful state!My favorite cocktail is Jameson, Canada Dry & lime.I love to bake cookies.I enjoy learning new things.My favorite earrings are huge silver hoops.I coached cheer when my daughter was young.I am an enneagram 1.I am the oldest of 7 kids.
