My name is Jenny, and I am a leader and CEO of Fit Theorem in Livonia, MI. My mission is to make this studio successful to use as a vessel to empower, inspire and be a welcoming catalyst to anyone and everyone looking to be a part of a positive environment where they can work on themselves.My passion is helping others break their chains of their insecurities and roadblocks, and coach them to be better problem solvers, self believers and achievers. With a listening ear and a servant’s heart, I take an honest, noble and direct approach to come alongside those I lead and get to work with to instill confidence, clarity and motivation to always strive to be the best version of themselves. I work to bring and create the energy this world needs!When not coaching or kickboxing, I am usually found at home with my family! I was married in August 2019 to the love of my life, John Cooke, and our family unexpectedly grew when we adopted our three nieces, Amyra, Lexi and Chloe in February 2020.  Most of my time now is spent working towards serving my family, and bonding with our new kids, as they have special needs and we are adjusting as a brand new instant family. I am also a dog mom of 2 dogs, Lucy and Delilah, whom I love very, very much. My hobbies also include cooking, hiking, creative projects, quilting, puzzles, home improvement and decorating. I love a good night out salsa dancing or being in nature by the lake or mountains if I can get a chance. I won't say no to a margarita, or a glass of dry red wine when I am relaxing, and you will usually find me listening to anything from Beyonce or Marshmello, to Blink182 or Eric Church.  Personality Type: ENFJ 3w2, D (DISC)Clifton Strengths: Futuristic, Individualization, Achiever, Significance, Focus
