Oren, or "O" for short, has been working in the health & fitness industry since 2007.  He began working as a personal trainer at a health club in Chicago, leaving his job in the finance world for something more in line with his personality.  From the Windy City, his job took him to Hollywood where he would continue in the health club industry, eventually becoming a manager at some of Los Angeles' most high-end gyms.  After a while, O decided to strike out on his own, and he opened his own training studio, which he operated until the pandemic forced him to shut down.  That is when he returned to Detroit and began working at a new studio that had opened up.  It was there that he had the idea for Renaissance Group Fitness.  Now he is looking to make RGF the next big name in the fitness industry.
