Deep Mental and Physical Relaxation A soothing practice to re-charge with seated and reclined postures using supportive props to allow as much relaxation as possible. Take a deep breath and pause from your busy day to rejuvenate your body, rest your mind, and revitalize your spirit. Series of grounded, slow-paced postures that stimulate your body's natural healing abilities Hold the poses long enough to let your body fully relax. We will provide supportive props to help make this as comfortable as possible. Other benefits include promoting relaxation, relieving back pain, and improving sleep. All levels.

Special Instructions

Please bring a yoga mat and water. Mats are available if you do not have one. Bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps are provided by Eagle Eye Yoga.
