Grow Your Balance, Flexibility, Mobility, and Calm Slowly flow from one pose to another with enough time to focus on proper alignment and breathing. Instructors focus on proper alignment and breathing in basic yoga postures and more challenging postures when appropriate. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Mats are available if you do not have one. Bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps are provided by Eagle Eye Yoga.
