individuals diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (PWP – People with
Parkinson's).
This class is not open
for general access.

Parkinson's & Movement Classes

Parkinson's Exercise and Fitness Class ALL Levels

Over 50 small group classes per week that you can choose
from.  Daily classes focusing on Strength, Legs, Core,
High Intensity and Endurance. 
Alternatively you can join in our indoor Boot Camp, Weekend
Warrior or Sunday's 'The Mix'.   Classes are suitable for
'Every Body' 
Sign up required and your first class is always free. 
 
For those who prefer to do their own thing - our Studio Gym is
open 7 days a week 24 hours a day. 
24 hour memberships from $39 a month and classes from $56 per
month.  Drop in visits available!

The Parkinson's Training Cent 4 Classes (Contract) Up to 4 classes per contract period. 
This membership does not provide access to the Total Body Movement Class on Fridays. 
An additional fee of $8 will be charged for attending Total Body Movement. 

The Parkinson's Training Cent 4 Classes (Contract)

Up to 8 Parkinson's Exercise and Wellness Classes per month.
This is a monthly contract and will be billed every month until cancelled. 
Classes do not roll over. Contract renews monthly.  
This membership does not include the Total Body  Fitness class on Fridays. An additional fee of $8 will be charged to attend Total Body Fitness. 

The Parkinson's Training Cent 8 Classes (Contract)

Unlimited Classes.Select this option for access to unlimited classes! Auto renew contract. Membership dues automatically drafted on the same day each month.
