Hi everyone, I’m Jess! I’m so excited to be teaching at Pulse! I grew up dancing, love all things wellness, and love a good dance party! I can’t wait to get to know you at Pulse and create a fun space for us to get in a good sweat! My favorite hype song is anything by Taylor Swift. Outside of Pulse, I love spending time with my family and friends. I also have a mini golden doodle named Archie who keeps me very busy with his adorable / slightly chaotic antics!
