In today’s culture we spend so much time sitting and looking at a screen and this has caused us to have poor posture, tightness in the front of our bodies, and weakness in our posterior chain (back, butt, hamstrings). These patterns lead to tightness and injury. Butts and Back is here to help us combat these imbalances. Expect a combination of strength, stability, and mobility work targeting our often neglected posterior chain with the end goal being that we open up the chest, strengthen the back, and get those poor sleepy glutes firing!
