About the Class

Soaring Beginners is a class desinged to introduce you to Bungee Fitness.  You will learn proper techniques for bungee fitness, basic footwork of bungee fitness, and safety skills in the harness.  This class will be focused on skills and introducing cardio to the workout.  This class will go at a slower pace than Soaring Intermediate, which is a medium level of cardio fitness.  This is a great class for introducing cardio back into your workout. *Restrictions to participate: Weight must be between 90-250 lbs.  No recent surgeries (must be cleared by a doctor).  Can not be pregnant.
