About the Class

A full body strength and conditioning OM signature 60minute class that teaches Movers functional fitness by incorporating light plyometrics as a warm-up and mobility exercise throughout; utilizing kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance training with bands and straps. Classes are a mix of circuit, stations and at time free form. Instructors are creative with the class training and adapt to Mover's abilities. Each class is different and challenging. Movers are barefoot to increase their proprioception and improve balance. This class welcomes and benefits all who want to move, feel and look better. No mat needed
