Try to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of class so that the instructor can introduce you to the Megaformer. Grip socks are required for the workout. They are available for purchase for both men and women at studio. Wear clothing that’s easy to move it in. Most women wear leggings, shorts or joggers and most men wear shorts or joggers. It takes a couple classes to get totally comfortable with the machine, so be patient with yourself with transitions and getting used to the names of the machines for your first couple classes. The instructor will explain all the exercises and lead you through the workout but it’s also a good idea to find someone in class who you can look at for visual direction.
