Classes are higher intensity and skill level than our ClassicKick classes and ideal for those looking to shred fat while learning and utilizing real Muay Thai form. All levels are welcome to participate in this class and are encouraged to work to their own ability and comfort level. Rounds in this class concentrate on increased pacing, power output and increased technical perfection!
Arrive to class 10-15 minutes early. Anyone arriving for class after the warmup ends may be asked to reschedule for an alternative class. Arrive in your workout gear or allow yourself enough time to change and be on the mat when class starts.
