Brianne Robertson is a Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After her athletic career had come to a halt following an ACL surgery, she learned to listen to needs of the body rather than pushing it to—quite literally—breaking point. Since then, her toxic relationship with “The Grind” has now flourished into a blossoming romance with health and wellness: viewing the body as a gift rather than an impediment to overcome. Her specialty includes Mobility, Flexibility, Functional Training, Performance, Weight Loss, and Building Strength. “I believe that movement is an expression of self. The more that we are attune with our bodies, the more freedom we have. My goal is to help my clients move better, feel stronger, and have fun!” Her passions outside of fitness include writing, reading, cooking, and practicing yoga and mindfulness. She also is a coach for Youth Girls Lacrosse.
