About the Class

Another way to challenge and vary workouts for our athletes: Training in an outdoor setting can have mental and psychological benefits. The calming nature of the beach, fresh air, and exposure to sunlight can enhance mood, reduce stress, and provide a more enjoyable training experience. Additionally and more specifically work on: Building Foot strength and Proprioception  Improve Lower Body Strength, Power & Explosiveness Challenge Balance, Stability, and overall Fitness Levels
