Started weight training at 17 years of age. Competitive bodybuilder for several years winning the Teenage Ms. Maine title and qualified for the Nationals. Specializing in strength training, Full body conditioning, kettlebells, group fitness and pre/postnatal 1. What is your training philosophy or approach when working with clients? My approach when working with clients is to help them get their bodies moving and work on improving their strength. Teach Proper form so they stay injury free. 2. Do you specialize in any specific types of training or fitness goals? I specialize in strength training for functional fitness, muscle building or losing weight. 3. How do you motivate and support clients to stay consistent with their fitness journey? I motivate clients by encouragement. Celebrating their wins no matter how small they may be, a win is a win. I also think it’s important to show your clients that you are being consistent with your own fitness. Walking the walk. 4. What’s your favorite activity to do in San Diego? Go to the beach and go watch the Padres play at Petco Park! 5. If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be and why? I would love to visit Italy. My dad’s side of the family is from there so I would love to see where they are from. 6. What’s a fun fact or hidden talent about yourself that most people don’t know? Fun fact is I’m very artsy and crafty! I’m good with creating things with my hands that most people wouldn’t ever expect from me. 7. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? My Grandmothers’s homemade Mac and cheese! 8. What’s your favorite type of music or artist to listen to during workouts? I listen to all kinds of different music, not sure I even have a favorite type. It ranges from 70’s, 80’s, country and even some Christian rock. If I love the song and it hypes me up then it’s on my playlist
